Techniques in Age Spot Reduction You Must Know

!±8± Techniques in Age Spot Reduction You Must Know

Age spot reduction techniques are no rocket science. In fact, the methods in warding off and preventing those spots from appearing are so simple, you will wonder why you have not thought of them before.

The first thing you need to do is to consider the root of the problem. What causes age spots anyway? The main thing that triggers the development of these spots is the UV rays of the sun. It does not mean that you have to avoid the sun everyday for that would be impossible. You can still go outdoors for as long as you apply sun block to deflect UV rays. Sun blocks with very high SPF are usually very expensive but compared to the amount of money you will spend on invasive anti age spots method, this is definitely a cheaper solution.

Another technique is to slough off dead skin cells on the surface of the skin through the use of mild home-made scrub. You can mix and match, whatever will work better for your skin. One good choice is to go for brown sugar and then mix it with a bit of honey extract. Honey is a natural bleaching ingredient so it can further help lighten those spots.

After this, you should apply a hydrating moisturizer. This is the crucial part of the regimen because your skin will be soaked in this the whole day. It is, therefore, necessary to apply something that is really beneficial for your dermis. Make sure you apply one with natural ingredients like Extrapone Nutgrass and Manuka honey.

Extrapone Nutgrass extract is wonderful lightening the specific darker spots in the body. It has been tested on age spots and proven effective by many experts. In fact, compared to other lightening natural and chemical-based ingredients, this won by a landslide.

Manuka honey is a bleaching ingredient replete with more vitamins and minerals than other types of honey. Not only can it reduce brown spots but it can also boost immune functions of the skin. In this case, you are not only warding off the appearance of those spots but many other skin diseases as well. Apply your moisturizer religiously so the product can really penetrate deeper into the dermis.

Now that you have a clear idea on the proper technique to get rid of those brown spots, it is time to start searching for the beauty arsenals that can make age spot reduction methods successful.

Lemon Acid to Remove Age Spots

!±8± Lemon Acid to Remove Age Spots

Those who prefer home remedies to commercial and/or chemical solutions will be glad to know that it is possible to use lemon acid to remove age spots. Lemons, like all citrus fruits, naturally have very acidic juice. This, combined with Vitamin C, is a known formula for skin lightening. It is essentially a natural bleaching agent.

Unlike artificial agents and other age spot remedies, lemon acid is mild enough to work without eliciting any discomfort or posing a threat to overall health.

While using the juice alone is an effective means of using lemon acid to remove age spots, and some people even recommenced rubbing raw lemon slices on age spots, certain recipes can speed up the process and improve results. Here are two good options:

Lemon and Sugar Combination

By combining lemon juice and sugar, you add the element of exfoliation to your treatment. When the skin is exfoliated, the outer layers are slowly rubbed off. Over time, this results in the age spots being worn away. Thus, sugar is a great addition to lemon acid to remove age spots. When combined, the two ingredients can be used as either a paste that is left on for several minutes or a wash-off scrub.

The Ultimate Mixture

Follow this recipe for a popular home remedy that not only uses lemon to remove dark spots but also improves the overall condition of your skin:

1 tsp grated horseradish root

1/2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

3 drops of rosemary oil

This mixture should be applied one to two times per day like a scrub.

Mixing hydrogen achromatize and achromatize to accomplish oxygen

In this video I show you how to do the vigorous reaction with hydrogen peroxide and bleach to make oxygen gas, and salt water. I then use the oxygen to support a combustion reaction. Don't spill bleach on your clothes, and wait for the stuff to bubble down before taking off the balloon. Never place the match in any spilled solutions. Balanced equation: H2O2 + NaClO = H2O + NaCl + O2

The Dangers of Vinegar

!±8± The Dangers of Vinegar

Not all vinegars are created the same. As a matter of fact, some are made from unnatural ingredients like petroleum products, which can be very harmful to your health. So the next time you decide to purchase a bottle of vinegar, you may want to consider the hidden dangers of this age-old product. Do you know what's in yours?

Most are made from natural sources like corn and apples that is made into alcohol and then fermented. Yet some manufacturers are willing to use dangerous synthetic sources like petroleum gas and fossil fuel products because it's cheaper.

The bad news is those manufacturers don't have to tell you where their source comes from which means you could be putting yourself and your family in danger. There's even more bad news. Manufacturers have been using synthetic alcohols since as early as the late 1940's.

Of course the use of a synthetic alcohol was later brought up for concern of its use in foods, however to this day there are still no laws that prohibit it from being used. Whether the reason is because it's difficult to distinguish if it's a natural or synthetic alcohol that is being used or if there's another matter, is still a mystery to this day.

There is however some limitations as to how alcohols derived from petroleum gas and fossil fuels can be used. For example, labels containing the words grain or neutral grain spirits are considered misleading and cannot be used. Still, one often wonders if a manufacturer is telling the truth or not.

For the most part, trust is an obvious issue. If you're a fan of the brand you purchase, you may find that trust isn't an issue, especially if that brand has a really positive history. However, if you're uncertain as to whether the brand you buy is trustworthy, you may want to skip using the product all together.

In my opinion, most vinegar products that are packaged are not trustworthy. Many contain some sort of unnatural chemical hidden or not. I for one would not want to consume a product that could possibly contain hidden dangers like petroleum gas or fossil fuels nor would I want my family to. They're chemicals and a body can't handle that.

Whether or not you choose to do the same is your own decision. But before you do, please get the facts. You just may find that they're hard to swallow.

Dangers of Chemical Exposure to Pregnant Women

!±8± Dangers of Chemical Exposure to Pregnant Women

May is Pregnancy Awareness Month. For women preparing to give life, a toxin free home is the greatest gift of all to their unborn children.

A pregnant mothers' body is a self-sustaining environment at its finest and should be treated with great care through a detoxifying routine. When my friend Sabrina learned she was pregnant with her first child, one of the first things she and her husband Dan, did was to remove all of the harmful cleaning products from their home. When her nesting instincts kicked in, she made sure their house was completely non-toxic for their brand new bundle of joy!

What to Expect When You're Expecting

Her OB/GYN told her expectant mothers should take extra care when cleaning the house, as their unborn children can be exposed to all kinds of harmful chemicals found in traditional household cleaners, which can increase the risk of birth defects which include: ear infections, diarrhea, neural tube defects, cleft palate, skin and lung irritation, kidney disease, decreased function of the nervous system, and low birth weight.

Pregnant woman can inhale these chemicals, ingest them in food or drink, or, in some cases, absorb them through the skin without realizing how harmful the consequences of cleaning with toxic household cleaners can be. A pregnant woman must be exposed to high amounts of chemicals for a continuous amount of time if they will endanger her baby.

A Daily Dose of Toxins Can be Deadly

Babies are exposed to toxins in utero this is cause for concern. Always remember, any harmful chemicals you come into contact with intentionally or intentionally, pose an immediate danger to your unborn child. This exposure can cause chronic, serious medical conditions in developing fetuses, such as metabolic birth defects and heart birth defects.

Bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, teflon all can be found in most homes, but they are not safe for human consumption. BPA can be found in certain plastics, most canned foods and lids of baby jar foods, baby formula and plastic water bottles. Skin care products, laundry detergents and all perfumes contain Phthalates. Cooking on non-stick cookware releases toxins called Perfluorooctanic acid (PFOA), also found in microwave popcorn and takeout food containers. All of these chemicals include hormone disruptor properties or carcinogen-causing agents.

Hormone disruptors have been shown to cause kidney and liver damage, as well as birth defects. Pregnant women should make every effort to give their unborn children a healthy start by avoiding toxic cleaning products all together, now that they are aware of the dangers involved.
